How tokens are used
Tokens follow real platform activity.
Fastlane deducts tokens when a shipment is confirmed, based on the shipment’s total item quantity. Viewing data, managing users, and exploring analytics do not independently consume tokens.

Secure guest top-up
You can top up from the public checkout with an organization tag. Available card or bank methods are shown by Airwallex based on the checkout configuration and payer location.

Tokens are service credits for use inside Fastlane, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred between organizations. Refund eligibility is governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
